A 'How To' Guide to Buying Landscape Boulders

Not sure how to go about Buying a Landscape Boulder for your landscaping or hardscaping project?  Have no fear!  We'll walk you thru the process.  It's not everyday you shop for boulders.

We have inventory of all size and types of boulders available for purchase.  Whether you're looking to buy a dozen small granite boulders or 1 super sized Ohio boulder, we have what you're looking for.

The boulder buying process

​The first thing to do is decide what type of boulder(s) you're looking to buy.  Do you prefer a marble, quartz, sandstone, or Ohio granite boulders? 

Once you've picked out the type of boulder you're looking to buy, now it's time to size it up.  We have boulders as small as roughly a cubic foot (1 x 1 x 1) weighing around 30 lbs all the way up to boulders the size of a small car!

For some, the process is over and the only decision left is if you'd like us to deliver your boulder or boulders.  For others, the fun is just beginning as we can do some very innovative things with your landscape boulder.

Boulder Fountains and Boulder Engraving

​We can turn your boulder into a beautiful, fully functioning fountain. We'll consult with you to understand how you'd like the boulder to sit and how you'd like the water to flow in addition to any vases or glasses to sit on top to further beautify your landscape boulder.  

We can also engrave your family or company name into the boulder as well.  Just let us know what you'd like to see and we'll engrave, deliver, and place it when it's ready.

​Can't find one you like in our existing inventory?  No worries!  We'll take you for an impromptu tour of the farm and you can hand pick the boulder you'd like.  Once you've selected your boulder and any additional features you'd like, we'll deliver and place it when it's ready to go.
